Not to sound cocky... but I have the MOST advanced RPG battle engine in MZX history! In less than 2 weeks in will be COMPLETLY finished. But it's not really an "engine" just you could call it that cause it takes up half the game's size. It includes...
17 magics - some which are upgraded to by gaining MEPs, Magic Experience Points, (I'd call 'em AP points but thats what FF7 called 'em). For ex. Ice need 1 MEP, which is aquired by only learning the spell. and another robot will do if "Ice" >= 10000(MEPs) "maycastIce2" and if "ice" >= 30000 "may cast Ice 3". The lines don't look like that is just an example.
Mutant Forces (Summons, again, I wanted to be origonal) 8 or so, I not exactly sure yet.
lots-o-items 60+ I won't name them though.
The setback I ran into is I can't find sound effets!!! Grrrr... Makes it look like a bunch of mimes beating the crap out of each other :(. And he Graphics are ify 7/10 I'd say maybe 6/10. UGH! I talk to much, I'll shutup now. If ya wanna know more me e-mail is up there.
